We Make It Happen.
Aragon Construction was founded in 2001 by Joe Aragon, whose decades of experience in architectural glass and metal—from hands-on fieldwork to executive leadership—laid the foundation for a company built on precision, grit, and integrity.
Now in its second generation of leadership, Aragon has grown far beyond its family roots. Our team includes seasoned industry professionals with deep expertise across all areas of construction and project delivery. Together, we’ve built a culture where craftsmanship, accountability, and innovation come standard.
We’re a union contractor with full in-house fabrication capabilities, giving us the horsepower, control, and quality assurance our clients count on—especially when schedule and risk are on the line. From fast-paced service work to high-profile facade systems, we scale to meet our clients’ needs while delivering consistent, high-performing results.
Headquartered in Southern California, our reach extends wherever the right project and partner take us. Whether it’s a quick-turn retrofit or a landmark curtain wall system, our team shows up with the same mindset: make it happen, and make it great.
Bold Glazing. Better Lives.
Bold Glazing
We specialize in designing and installing glazing systems that are distinct, prominent and eye-catching. We are undaunted by challenges and welcome the opportunity to find better ways of doing things. We will perform the “base hit” work for our clients so we can earn their trust to perform the “home run” projects.
Better Lives
For our people, our partners, and our community. The success of our work helps improve the welfare of our company and our team. The work that we perform improves spaces and structures, which improves the lives of the end-users.
Our Core Values
B.U.I.L.D.
Be The Best
Our pursuit of greatness is a journey not a destination. We strive for continuous improvement and we learn from our mistakes. We have a drive to get out of bed and be better today than we were yesterday. We are proud of the work that we do and the impact that we make on this world.
Unite Partnerships
We form partnerships with each other as a team, with our clients, and with our trade partners. We are collaborative, we are diplomatic, and we are also firm when that is what is needed to create a strong relationship. It’s about honesty, being upfront, setting expectations, and delivering on commitments.
Improve Lives
We make a positive impact on those that we interact with. We lift up the members of our team to succeed as a group. We put intention behind being a positive impact on the job that we are building. We strive for balance in our work lives and our personal lives so that we can thrive in both. We work hard when it is required, and we also sharpen the saw when we need to.
Lead Boldly
We tap into ourselves to find our unique leadership qualities. We are emboldened to make decisions. We are humble when it is time to listen. We have a drive to get the job done. We are willing to make a hard decision when we have to, especially if it is regarding safety or integrity.
Do What's Right
We don’t cut corners. We don’t risk the safety of ourselves or others. We listen to that voice in our head telling us what is right, even if it is a hard thing to do. We look ahead and plan our work so we can set ourselves up for success. We follow through on our commitments and follow up to ensure expectations are met.

Meet The Team
Matt Aragon
Director of Preconstruction
Matt Aragon
Director of Preconstruction
Matt Aragon is dedicated to guiding the long-term health and vision of Aragon by serving our team, clients, and communities. In his role, Matt focuses on strengthening Aragon’s culture, forging lasting partnerships, and ensuring the company continues delivering bold, value-driven glazing solutions.
Matt’s journey in construction began in the field as a glazier. It was with this hands-on experience that he developed a deep understanding of the complexity and precision required to build high-performing glazing systems. This foundation propelled him into project estimating and management roles, where for over 12 years, he honed his ability to maximize client value through strategic planning and execution. His next chapter came as Preconstruction Director—leading teams that secured and built some of the most renowned glazed façades in North America.
Over his 20-year tenure at Aragon, Matt has held nearly every position, starting as an apprentice and steadily rising through the ranks. This breadth of experience allows him to lead with empathy, insight, and a deep connection to the company’s roots.
“Why am I here?” Aragon is more than a workplace for Matt—it’s a community of purpose-driven people committed to doing exceptional work. He believes deeply in our mission of bringing Bold Glazing to market as a way to serve. That mission aligns closely with his own values and calling: to serve others through meaningful and honorable work.
Rather than spotlight a single project as his proudest accomplishment, Matt finds the most fulfillment in the growth of those around him. “Every promotion, every breakthrough, every team member whose career trajectory is improved by being here—those are the true highlights of my career.”
Matt is a certified Design-Build Professional and brings hands-on expertise in estimating, project management, and preconstruction—particularly in design-assist and design-build environments. His collaborative approach and belief in integrated partnerships help teams extract maximum value for clients, which remains at the heart of Aragon’s mission.

Joey Aragon
Director of Operations
Joey Aragon helps guide the teams that power every part of the business—from project execution to fabrication and field operations. He works alongside our talented group of directors and department leads, helping clear roadblocks, align strategy, and support them in doing what they do best.
Joey started in the field and grew with Aragon as the company evolved—learning the glazing trade hands-on before moving into operations and leadership. That early experience still guides his approach today: lead with respect, sweat the details, and back your people.
He’s relentlessly focused on execution, culture, and client outcomes—and he operates by a simple rule: we make it happen. Joey brings a strong service mindset to every relationship, striving to solve problems quickly and deliver real value to clients and partners alike.
He’s proud of the trust Aragon has earned by doing things the right way—even when it’s hard. “The work we do is visible—literally—but the real reward is building something bigger than ourselves,” he says. Joey brings the same passion to family life as he does to his work. He’s a proud husband and dad of three, and you’ll often find him golfing, cooking, or exploring the outdoors with his crew.

In this position, he oversees all glazing operations across multiple projects—from jobsite planning and field measurements to crew coordination, safety management, and on-site execution. John plays a critical role in maintaining quality control, monitoring productivity, and ensuring that projects stay on time and on budget.
John began his career in the glazing industry in 2000 as an apprentice with Glaziers Local 636. By 2003, he was running his first job and quickly worked his way up to journeyman. His leadership abilities stood out early on, earning him the title of Foreman in 2008, Superintendent in 2015, and eventually Senior Superintendent in 2020.

Kevin Cork, CHST
Director of Safety, Director of Quality Control
Kevin Cork, CHST
Director of Safety, Director of Quality Control
With over two decades of hands-on experience in construction—including the last six years focused on glazing—Kevin brings a steady, solutions-oriented mindset to his role. As Aragon Construction’s Director of Safety, he’s responsible for leading safety culture across the company, ensuring our people, projects, and policies operate with the highest standards of care and compliance.
Since joining Aragon over six years ago, Kevin’s role has expanded alongside the company. What began as a singular focus on safety has grown into leading both our Quality Control efforts and the Service and Special Projects Department, a team he’s been instrumental in building and scaling. Kevin is a key contributor in developing and implementing systems and processes that help departments across Aragon work more efficiently, stay aligned, and grow with purpose. His ability to wear multiple hats—and do it well—is rooted in a practical leadership style and a deep belief in being part of something bigger.
Like many in this industry, Kevin didn’t set out to build a career in construction. After graduating college, he took a job with a large infrastructure company while waiting for a call from the police department. But as the opportunities grew—and he rose through the ranks—he realized his path was already set. That call came, but by then, he was all in.
Kevin chose Aragon because he saw a company grounded in strong core values, with a leadership team and mission he could fully believe in. “I came here because of what Aragon stands for—especially its commitment to work-life balance—and I’ve stayed because I believe in where we’re going and who’s leading us there. I want to be a key contributor to that future.”
Career highlights include leading the transformation of Aragon’s safety culture, mentoring and growing the SSPD team, and helping shape the operational backbone of the company. He holds a CHST certification and OSHA 500, but credits much of his success to one simple philosophy: say yes, stay adaptable, and never stop adding tools to the tool bag.

I have a deep respect for the vision and values that Joey and Matt Aragon bring to this company, and that trust is a key reason I’ve committed myself to this team.
