Description
This Home2Suites by Hilton of Montebello is a 137,000 sf, 203 guest room hotel located within the existing Municipal Golf Course in Montebello, CA. The exterior curtain wall units and windows were prefabricated and fully unitized for expeditious onsite installation. The window units included integral louvers which tie into the PTAC units in each guestroom. The amenities level includes an indoor pool which is enclosed by Nanawall bi-folding glass doors.
